I hope you are managing well during this snowy March. The Hebrew word for snow is "Shelleg" and we have certainly had our share in recent weeks.
With our studies centered around Passover, our class is enthusiastically anticipating spring. We enjoyed a story that I wrote about new life in the spring, and we made a related art project. Rather than using our textbook for Hebrew, we are currently working with the following Pesach vocabulary words from the website Akhlah. (www.akhlah.com). This is a wonderful site for learning Hebrew and for gathering holiday information. Please look on the website for "Passover Hebrew Vocabulary" to review the words with your child.
Our model Seder is this coming Sunday and it is always a joyful time. Children take turns reading the Hagaddah, and we all partake in eating special Passover foods. Thank you in advance for providing the supplies for our Seder.
Be well and I look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Love, Mindy
